Gentle Yoga Flow
Move Your body between simple, functional, gentle yet mindful shapes. A slow pace so we can truly begin to train our minds to slow down, to tune in and n o t i c e all that our bodies are trying to teach us. Our focus is on pelvic, spine and breath awareness.
Nourishing Yin Yoga
A practice of deep relaxation and ease. We explore shapes associated with the liver, spleen, kidney & heart according to Traditional Chinese Medicine. Also known as the organs most affected by stress, which negatively impacts our Endometriosis symptoms and pain levels.
Cyclical Living Talk
Moving in a way that matches your cycle and energy curve. An introduction to exploring the power of tracking your cycle, and learning what kind of movement suits us best according to where we are in our own cycle.
Breathwork
Pranayama, the practice of controlling the breath, offers incredible benefits for managing endo symptoms and promoting overall nervous system balance. You can alleviate stress, reduce pain, and cultivate a sense of calmness within the body instantly.
Myofascial Release
A Yin and MFR practice using blocks and tennis balls to create space in the tissues that surround our muscles, allowing a better flow of energy and increased circulation and pain release
Meet Your Host
Hi there! I’m Caroline and have been teaching yoga since 2011. I was diagnosed myself with Endo during an emergency c-section in 2019. This discovery has led me to bring together all of my yoga training and knowledge into a system by which I can manage my symptoms with ease. And now I am here to share that with YOU! I absolutely love sharing how we can strengthen the mind and body connection, learn how to tune in and more than anything manage our Endo symptoms and mindset
I am incredibly passionate about the anatomy of our bodies and helping women to better understand their own unique bodies and needs. Since my diagnosis, I have been sharing tools with clients to alleviate pelvic pain, fatigue, and increase energy, regulate nervous system, manage stress and empower them to take back their power and increase their quality of life. I am passionate about cyclical living and am trained in yoga and traditional chinese medicine, and share enthusiastically around these areas and beyond.
