Across four weeks, you will add such incredible depth to your understanding of Myofascial Release and the impact it can have in your practice, your body and the people who you serve. Your Learning Journey (Module by Module)

MODULE 1: Fascia Foundations & Energetic Understanding

As an experienced Teacher, this is where you will upgrade how you see the body. You’ll understand fascia not just intellectually, but somatically how it supports movement, stores tension, communicates through sensation, and holds emotional and energetic patterns.

Deepen your understanding of:

  • Fascia science made simple

  • The sliding system + hydration

MODULE 2: Techniques, Tools & Trigger Points

Where the science becomes something you can feel. You’ll explore effective, adaptable techniques that release tension in ways stretching alone never reaches.

Deepen your understanding of:

  • Roll-and-release techniques

  • Ball sequencing + fascial bouncing

  • Understanding trigger points & pain patterns

  • Prop usage, safety & modifications

  • How to build confidence guiding MFR

MODULE 3: Fascia, Stress & Nervous System Regulation

Guide students to down-regulate, soften, and feel safe. This module connects fascia with the nervous system, showing how physical and emotional tension interlink – and how MFR can support deep release.

Deepen your understanding of:

  • Vagus nerve & down-regulation

  • Chronic tension & emotional holding

  • Trauma-aware teaching principles

MODULE 4: MFR Inside Yoga Classes

Bring depth to what you already teach. Discover where to weave MFR into Vinyasa, Slow Flow, gentle practices and grounding classes without overwhelming students or needing to change your whole style.

MODULE 5: Designing Transformational MFR Sequences

Meet Your Teacher

I’m Caroline, a yoga teacher, anatomy educator and fascia-focused practitioner with over a decade of experience. I spent almost ten years running my own studio in Bali before returning to the UK, where I now specialise in helping yoga teachers bring more intelligence, depth and embodiment into their classes.

My teaching pathway has been shaped by studying with Jo Phee (assistant to Paul Grilley and Sarah Powers), whose Yin, TCM and Myo-Yin trainings transformed the way I understood anatomy, fascia and the subtle energetic layers of practice. I continued to refine my approach through further study with teachers including Sarah Powers, Tiffany Cruikshank, Jason Crandell and Noah Maze, weaving Western anatomy with Eastern energetics in a way that feels grounded, accessible and deeply intuitive.

Since 2016, I’ve taught Yin, TCM, fascia and anatomy trainings to teachers around the world, supporting them to move beyond shapes and aesthetics, and guide practices that offer real release, regulation and transformation.

My approach blends fascia science, nervous system regulation, functional anatomy and the subtle energetics of TCM, helping teachers lead classes that feel grounded, intelligent and deeply supportive.
