This Is for the Teacher or Practitioner Who Wants to Go Deeper
Have you ever felt like something was missing in your classes—like you’re skimming the surface when what you really want is to dive deep? Maybe you see your students carrying tension that no amount of stretching or alignment work seems to touch? Maybe it’s the hunched shoulders of someone who spends all day at a desk, or the tight hips of someone holding stress they can’t quite name. You might see it in their posture, hear it in their sighs, or sense it in how they show up on their mat. Perhaps you sense they’re yearning for more than just movement. You want to offer them transformation, not just shapes.
You’re here because you’re ready to share something more. You’re the kind of teacher who wants to guide your community into profound experiences of connection, release, and healing. If you’ve been looking for a way to unlock that “missing piece” in your teaching, Myofascial Release (MFR) might just be it.
Discover the Power of Myofascial Release
The Magic and Mischief of Fascia
When fascia is healthy and free, we feel ease, spaciousness, and flow—not just in our bodies, but in our energy and emotions. But when it’s tight, stuck, or holding onto tension (which it loves to do), it can leave us feeling restricted, achy, or even emotionally heavy. Now imagine how that shows up for your students in their practice.
This is where Myofascial Release (MFR) becomes a game-changer. MFR is like giving the body a long, compassionate exhale—a way to unwind layers of built-up tension, create space, and invite deeper freedom into the body and mind.
Whether it’s helping someone ease chronic pain, let go of emotional baggage, or simply feel more at home in their body, MFR will empower you to truly meet your students where they are and take them further than they thought possible.

Meet Your Teacher
I’m Caroline, a dedicated yoga instructor with over a decade of teaching experience.
I began my Yin Yoga journey in 2015 with Jo Phee (the assistant to the Founders of Yin Paul Grilley and Sarah Powers) in Australia, and now has over 200 hours of Yin training qualifications. My first training was focused on Traditional Chinese Medicine, and it is here that I was introduced to Paul Grilley’s method of anatomy and herein began my passion for changing the way I teach in both my Yin and Vinyasa classes and sharing this incredibly valuable theory.
I continue to study towards my 300 hour Yin course under Jo’s guidance, having studied Myo-Yin in Germany in 2018 and soon to join the Qi-Qong and Acupressure program.
I also studied with Sarah Powers in Bali, studying 70 hours of Mindfulness and Yin in Bali in 2020. With Jo’s blessings, I have been sharing my Yin & TCM (module 2) YTT and Yin & Anatomy (module 1) since 2016, and have helped over 150 students to move to the Yin side with ease and confidence!
