I vividly remember the excruciating pain and discomfort during ovulation and bleed time, longing for relief to enjoy life on my Indonesian island. The idea of a pain-free cycle felt like a distant dream. However I want you to know that, through my own journey of utilizing yoga practices, cyclical living, and self-care rituals, I found relief. Since my diagnosis in 2019, I’ve honed and refined these tools, and now, I’m eager to share them with you.
Our goal = pain free living and boundless joy and energy.
I know that you know that endo is a condition fueled by inflammation, so anything that exacerbates inflammation only intensifies your experience of endo. Meet Your Teacher
Hi there! I’m Caroline and have been teaching yoga since 2011. I was diagnosed myself with Endo during an emergency c-section in 2019. This discovery has led me to bring together all of my yoga training and knowledge into a system by which I can manage my symptoms with ease. And now I am here to share that with YOU! I absolutely love sharing how we can strengthen the mind and body connection, learn how to tune in and more than anything manage our Endo symptoms and mindset
I am incredibly passionate about the anatomy of our bodies and helping women to better understand their own unique bodies and needs. Since my diagnosis, I have been sharing tools with clients to alleviate pelvic pain, fatigue, and increase energy, regulate nervous system, manage stress and empower them to take back their power and increase their quality of life. I am passionate about cyclical living and am trained in yoga and traditional chinese medicine, and share enthusiastically around these areas and beyond.
