Let’s dive right in with this fiery STRONG LEGS practice – a creative, playful 15-minute Vinyasa Flow.
This class is a short sweet straight to the point class designed to create some fire, heat, strength and power to your legs! We work our way around the entire hip mandala – exploring the psoas/hip flexor area, adductors, glutes and hamstrings.
Fire, Heat & Strength:
It is the perfect class to create awareness of balance, and what area of the hip is working in different shapes during the yoga practice. Perfect for anyone who sits down a lot and wants to create some strength. Equally great for anyone active who wants to have a strong leg workout day!
