If you haven’t experienced Yin before, get ready for a passive practice of stillness where less is indeed so much more.

What to Expect in Yin Yoga:

Yin Yoga is a practice of tranquility. We ease into shapes, relax our muscles, find stillness with just the right level of support for our unique bodies, and let time and gravity do the work. Your only job is to show up and be present.

I absolutely love incorporating Yin into my routine, especially during busy times and on weekends. It’s the perfect opportunity to find stillness both mentally and physically, releasing those harder-to-reach spots in the inner thighs and outer lines of the body.
