Today’s Practice: Hip Mobility Flow:

This class is carefully crafted to create space, power, and mobility in and around the hip socket. We’ll begin with mindful movements to awaken our deep core, working our way around the mandala of the thigh. By isolating muscles, we’ll help them understand how and when to activate during the moving part of our practice.
