A Personal Note from Caroline
When I was diagnosed with Endometriosis in 2019, I felt overwhelmed and anxious. I turned to Google, Instagram posts, and blogs, but nothing was straightforward or encouraging. Everything suggested that exercise would worsen my pain and bloating, which was super disheartening because movement was my passion and expertise.
With my background in exercise, yoga, and traditional Chinese medicine, I knew there had to be a better way. I applied my knowledge, incorporating cyclical living and adapting my routine weekly. This approach allowed me to manage my symptoms, reduce my pain, and calm my nervous system.

Women are Cyclical Beings…
