Hi there! I’m Caroline and have been teaching yoga since 2011. I was diagnosed myself with Endo during an emergency c-section in 2019. This discovery has led me to bring together all of my yoga training and knowledge into a system by which I can manage my symptoms with ease. And now I am here to share that with YOU! I absolutely love sharing how we can strengthen the mind and body connection, learn how to tune in and more than anything manage our Endo symptoms and mindset
I am incredibly passionate about the anatomy of our bodies and helping women to better understand their own unique bodies and needs. Since my diagnosis, I have been sharing tools with clients to alleviate pelvic pain, fatigue, and increase energy, regulate nervous system, manage stress and empower them to take back their power and increase their quality of life. I am passionate about cyclical living and am trained in yoga and traditional chinese medicine, and share enthusiastically around these areas and beyond.
