A monthly Yoga Membership to help you move to your cycle with ease. Enjoy a wide range of 5-75 minute practices spanning breathwork, gentle flow, yin yoga, breathwork, meditation, yoga nidra and for the more dynamic days some vinyasa. 90 Minute Deep Dive
A comprehensive 90-minute session divided into two 45-minute segments. We explore your unique challenges and develop a personalized movement and management plan. I’m Caroline, a dedicated yoga instructor with over a decade of teaching experience.
My personal journey with endometriosis began during an emergency C-section in 2019, when I was diagnosed with this challenging condition. This pivotal moment inspired me to combine all my yoga training and knowledge into a comprehensive system that helps me manage my symptoms with ease. Now, I’m here to share that system with YOU!
I am deeply passionate about strengthening the mind-body connection and empowering women to manage their endometriosis symptoms and mindset effectively. My approach is holistic, focusing on the anatomy of our bodies and helping women better understand their unique needs.
Since my diagnosis, I have been dedicated to sharing practical tools with my clients to alleviate pelvic pain and fatigue, increase energy levels, regulate the nervous system, and manage stress. My goal is to empower women to reclaim their power and enhance their quality of life.
I am particularly passionate about cyclical living, which aligns with our natural rhythms, and I bring my extensive training in yoga and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) into my practice. I enthusiastically share insights and techniques from these disciplines and beyond, offering a well-rounded and supportive approach to managing endometriosis.
